Prefects' Annual General Meeting 2008

Date: 24.07.2008 (Tuesday)

Venue:Physic Lab

Time: 1400 (started at 1444 hours)

Tonight I can write the sadness line, write about what? Read on.. The AGM Still the same, as usual, adviser's address come first, then treasury report, standing committee annual report, bla bla bla......but this time, I can feel the sadness to leave the board...

I was the 2nd headcomm who read the report, very panic and nervous when reading my report. Since this is my last report, I try to calm down myself to read it. And that was my longest report ever, hehehe...... I was trying to take all the photo throughout the AGM. Unfortunately, the camera was out of battery when the AGM are going to the end. Luckily, Tong Lai brought his superb hand phone and we managed to take a group photo! Bad Camera!

Throughout the meeting, I helped to take some photo, the camera was not fully charge...haiz...... During the election of Protems, All form 4 prefect's were being interviewed by others prefects... many bullet had been shot and most of them are half-dead. Boooooom!

-Best Committee: Fines Committee

I thought I have the chance to give my speech which I already prepared... But now I would like to post it in my blog to share with my friends.....

The follow are what I want to share:

'I would like to thank our teacher advisor, Pn. Gan and Pn. Khaw. Thank you Pn Gan Swit Peng for trusting me and elected me as a prefect when I as in form 3.'

‘The committee(Badge and Tie) faces a lot of problems when we take over the committee last year. Hwa Jiunn and I had been work through our finger to improve the efficiency of the committee. I would like to thank Hwa Jiunn for guiding me throughout the year. Although he always scold me, but I really learned a lot from him. Thank you very much Hwa Jiunn!’

‘Many old systems need to be renewed. Thank you everyone who helped the committee to sell the badges to the students’

‘Besides, I would like to thank my English Teacher, Ms Boh Zhuang Xiao for willing to sacrifice her time to check grammar mistakes found in my report. Thank you very much Zhuang Xiao, I owe you one drink! Hehe’

End of my speech...

‘Sorry Hwa Jiunn that I can’t get one of the Bests’. When I now the result, I am a little bit disappointed and sad, but after that I managed to control myself. (Fish Leong didn’t got the Best Female Singer in the Golden Award even though she had been in the top 5 best singer for four years and she still word hard for her mission) I should learn from her. I am happy for the 6 Bests’ prefects of the year, especially my best friend, Wong Mun Fei, I really proud of him.’ All headcomm were doing very hard!

Congratulation to everyone and I hope that when I return to school one day, I still can see the ‘spirit of MBSSKL Prefectorial Board’
